    Once you're ready to move forward, we enter into a Preliminary Design Agreement. We then develop your custom home design and provide preliminary pricing to help refine and finalise the concept with confidence before progressing to the next stage.

    We visit your block to assess orientation, slope, access and any site constraints before anything is drawn.

  3. Step 03

    Tender

    We prepare a detailed proposal with transparent pricing, inclusions, and scope so you can move forward with confidence.

    We translate your brief, budget and site into an initial concept that balances how you want to live with what the land allows.

  4. Step 04

    Approvals

    Our team manages the required planning, engineering, and building approvals to keep your project progressing smoothly.

    Plans are refined and costed in detail, so the design you approve is the design we price and build.

    Selections

    Choose the finishes, fixtures, and materials that will make your home uniquely yours, with expert guidance along the way.

    Contract

    Once everything is finalised, we prepare your building contract, giving you complete clarity before construction begins.

    We prepare and lodge the documentation, managing council or certifier approvals on your behalf.

  7. Step 07

    Construction

    Your home comes to life through quality craftsmanship, regular updates, and dedicated project management.

    Handover

    The keys are yours. We complete a thorough handover and ensure you're ready to enjoy your new home with confidence.

    Post-Handover Support

    Ongoing support throughout the warranty period; prompt attention to any warranty items; continued commitment to your satisfaction after completion.
