We build across Sydney Central and Western — the Hills District, Hawkesbury, Blacktown and Penrith — through to the lower Blue Mountains, and into Ryde and Hornsby in Sydney's North.
Yes. We manage the full process — design, council approvals, demolition and the new build — under one coordinated team.
Once we've had an initial conversation we're happy to arrange a walkthrough of one of our finished or in-progress homes nearby.
It begins with a discovery call — a friendly conversation about your block, your brief and your goals. From there we arrange an on-site consultation to assess feasibility.
We're a family-owned design-and-build company. One team, one contract and one point of accountability from the first sketch to final handover.
Not at all. Most clients come to us with a block, a budget and a rough idea of what they want, and we help shape that into a design from the very beginning.
As involved as you'd like. We work through the design and selections with you so the finished home reflects how you want to live.
We guide you through external and internal finishes, flooring, kitchen and joinery, fixtures and lighting — confirming all specifications before contract.
Yes. Every home we design is bespoke to your block, budget and lifestyle — not selected from a standard catalogue.
Yes. We're happy to build to drawings prepared by another architect or designer if you prefer that approach.
Yes. Guiding your project through the relevant council and statutory approvals is part of our process, so you're not left to navigate the paperwork on your own.
We prepare and lodge planning and building applications, coordinate consultant reports and manage council correspondence through to the Construction Certificate.
The same team that designed it. Having one team responsible from concept to completion keeps decisions consistent throughout the build.
We coordinate all trades on site, with hands-on project management and regular quality inspections throughout construction.
We conduct a comprehensive QA inspection, arrange compliance certifications and walk you through the home before handing over keys, warranties and documentation.
Yes. We work to a comprehensive building contract tied to detailed drawings and a clear specification, so you know what you're paying for before work begins.
Our standard inclusions are genuinely generous — quality flooring, stone benchtops, premium tapware and considered electrical. We'll walk you through everything before contract.
Standard industry progress payments apply, tied to construction stages. We'll explain each step in detail when you review the building contract.
After design, approvals and selections are confirmed. The contract finalises plans, specifications and the construction program before work commences.
We believe in transparency. Your contract reflects the agreed scope and inclusions — variations are discussed and documented before any additional work proceeds.
We provide ongoing support after you've moved in, with prompt attention to any items that need addressing once you're living in the home.
Keys, warranties, manuals and compliance documents — along with a final walkthrough explaining the operation and maintenance of your new home.
Absolutely. We encourage you to reach out if anything needs attention after handover. Your satisfaction matters to us long after the build is complete.
Contact your project manager directly. We'll assess the item promptly and arrange any necessary follow-up.
Yes. At handover we explain how to care for your finishes, fixtures and systems so your home stays in great condition for years to come.
